YEAR 2000 COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

June 1, 1999

Quick Test Inc. is pleased to furnish you with the following information regarding the Year 2000 compliance of our organization.  Year 2000 compliance is defined as the ability for data systems to operate correctly using valid date information entered on, before, or after the date change of December 31, 1999 to January 1, 2000.  This includes the calculation of the Year 2000 as a leap year.

All internal systems including the Windows NT network, Microsoft Virtual Private Network, Platinum accounting software, Lucent Phone system and AT&T phone service are Year 2000 compliant.

The internal Job and Account Management System (JAMS) and Data Operation Management System (DOMS), have been reviewed for Year 2000 compliance with continual testing to occur throughout the year.  We are continuing to make every effort to ensure that these systems will function properly on January 1, 2000 and beyond.  In addition, complete backup plans have been prepared in the event they become necessary.

All hardware, both corporate and company wide, have been tested for Year 2000 compliance.  All server equipment, corporate workstations, field office administrative workstations, phone equipment and security equipment are compliant.  All Pentium class interviewing computers (approximately 65%) are compliant.  The remaining computers will function properly with all interviewing software and programs currently being operated on them as they are not date dependent.

All interviewing software licensed by Quick Test Inc. is Year 2000 compliant.

All portions of those external data links controlled or managed by Quick Test Inc., such as Internet connectivity, frame relay ports and modem banks, are Year 2000 compliant.

Any questions or concerns should be directed to Rick Rodgers, Year 2000 Consultant or Steve Wilde, Vice President, Information Technology.
